I'm a Service Designer and Researcher with experience across strategic innovation, design research, product development and digital transformation. Passionate about design thinking and social innovation I focus on narrowing down the big-picture to understand what really drives businesses and people. To do this, you need to constantly wonder why (and why, and why) people or companies behave the way they do. And I thrive in finding out the root of human behavior and business decisions.
Knowledgeable around various research methodologies, human centered design, and systems thinking, which in my opinion, all come down to the same idea of following a design driven methodology.
I enjoy collaborating with other disciplines and being part of multidisciplinary teams (I strongly believe in the power of mixing “opposites“… like having a health insurance agent, a nurse, an accountant, a doctor, three patients and a designer… all gathered around a pot of tea, trying to solve wicked problems. It’s the best way to zoom out and understand the big picture from all perspectives.
